Will it fit my IBC?
The intended setup uses the existing top cap opening. Remove the cap and align the funnel outlet with the opening. Please confirm your IBC dimensions and compatibility with us before ordering. The IBC is not included.
What is the lead time?
The configurator shows whether your selected combination is in stock or available to preorder. Preorders have an estimated wait of approximately 3 weeks from payment. We confirm freight and the current timing before you pay.
Can I collect or arrange delivery?
Collection is available in York, Western Australia, by appointment. For delivery, send your suburb and postcode and we will quote freight separately. The collection address is shared when an appointment is arranged.
Do the prices include GST and freight?
Displayed prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight. We confirm the final invoice, including applicable GST and any agreed freight, before payment.
How do I place an order?
Configure your funnel and send a request. We confirm availability, freight and lead time, then issue an invoice through Xero. Payment confirms the order. Made-to-order units require full payment before manufacturing.
Which configurations can I choose?
Choose a base tray, tray with splashguard, or tray with splashguard and lid. Each configuration is offered in galvanised or stainless steel.
